CiteScore

CiteScore is Elsevier's journal metric, calculated as the number of citations received in a given year to documents published in the previous four years, divided by the number of documents published in those four years. Unlike impact factor (which uses a two-year window), CiteScore's four-year window makes it more stable for fields with slower citation cycles. It is free to access on Scopus.
