Prof. Shishir K. Dube founded JournalsHub in Delhi, India. He was Director of the Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur from 2002 to 2007 and Professor at IIT Delhi from 1978 to 2012. He is an atmospheric scientist known for storm-surge modelling in the Bay of Bengal, and is currently Vice Chancellor of Amity University Rajasthan.
